“The social browser for blog addicts”
Just like Firefox introduced its latest version about a month ago, Flock now presents Flock 2, the newest version of the social browser.
Flock 2 is based on the new Firefox 3, which means it takes advantage of all the new features included in it: improved security features, an enhanced overall performance and more reliable managing tools for both downloads and bookmarks.
While making use of all these new and improved features, Flock 2 still keeps its social side to its highest. The browser includes special tools to keep track of your friends from different social networking sites, write directly on your blog, upload images to your photo sharing site, read your favorite feeds and access your favorite social sites (Digg, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) straight away.
The main drawback to this social side though is that it all opens on sidebars, which means you can't have all of them active at the same time.
Flock 2 is the next step for the Web's social browser, taking the best from the new features in Firefox 3 and mixing them up with the ultimate social networking tools.
